Frequently Asked Questions
How fast is delivery?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. We also offer same-day or next-day emergency refills depending on your location and our current route schedule.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Not at all! Just ensure your tank is in a visible, accessible location or provide clear delivery instructions at checkout so we can service you and avoid a rescheduling. We’re happy to swap tanks at your front door, backyard, or patio at no extra cost.
Are there any hidden fees?
- No. Unlike the big guys, we don’t charge "fuel recovery," "compliance fees," or other "junk fees." The price you see is the price you pay.
How much propane do you put in your tanks?
We fill our standard tanks with 4 gallons of propane. This follows the industry-standard 80% fill rule, which leaves necessary space for the gas to safely expand as temperatures change. Because the weight of an empty cylinder (Tare Weight) varies, the total weight of a full tank may fluctuate slightly.
How will I know my delivery is complete?
- You’ll receive an automated Proof of Delivery (POD) via text and email as soon as the swap is finished—no paper receipts to lose.
What is the difference between an "Exchange" and a "Spare"?
- Tank Exchange: For when you already own a tank and just need a fresh swap.
- Spare: For when you don't have a tank to swap or simply want an extra backup on hand.
Do you accept other tank brands?
Yes. We accept any standard 20lb brand (Blue Rhino, AmeriGas, etc.) as long as the tank is in safe, usable condition. Our drivers reserve the right to reject tanks with excessive rust or damage for your safety.
